West Shore Bank
West Shore Bank is a bank located in the Ludington/Muskegon, Michigan area. They are a long time client that I've worked with for years. I originally built their site based on a design that a designer created for them. I provide website maintenance help to them with updates and changes that their on site staff are unable to make or might not have time for in their schedule.
The bank expressed an interest in tracking website traffic with a focus on top visited pages and how promotional pages are performing. I suggested they go with Google Analytics as it's the best analytics data tool that I've seen. It's a free service so there was no cost to them, other than the cost of my time installing the tracking code snippet on the site. I also offer a walkthrough using Google Analytics if a clients asks for it.
